Party time!

As well as making music, we like to enjoy ourselves socially along with our friends and families.

In November 2000, the Sheffield Chamber Orchestra celebrated its 50th Anniversary with a party at the University of Sheffield's 197 Club. Special awards were presented to Jean Callin, one of our founder members and former leader of the Orchestra, and to Chris Wiltshire in gratitude and recognition of his long service as one of our co-conductors.
